       A sedentary person can change his/her live in many ways . A food  habith  , you way the talk you people and social living .
      A sedentary person drink soda and eat fast food's , junk food and potato chips .Don't practic sport. Don't get out the home and don't go to cinema . Don't see people and this person always spencis time in front of tv .

   The problems generate with the time in front of the eletronics. You go get fat fat and a lot of healthy problems.
 A sedentary person eats junk food because the person is lazy and does not feels like making food or get out of his/her house to pratice exercices or play soccer.

            The lack of physical activity causes the sedentary lifestyle that brings consequences as the emergence of diseases such as hypertension respiratory diseases diabetes increased heart attacks cholesterol and also heart disorders today more than 60% of the population does not practice any physical activities

Routine

  You will be sit all day without doing anything, watching Tv, Probably playing videogames, and others things, you will not have any friends in real life, probably in chats and stuff.... or no, or its meet and leave, you will not leave home for nothing, even food, because, thats why fast food exists, dont you agree?Why go to the restaurant or buy something to you cook in your home if you have the number of McDonalds, ok, but not just that, you will not make any type of exercices, just be sit all day, all day, your friends probably will not go into your house (probably because you dont have any) but, and your parents?Well, where do you think you get money?Exactly, your parents will give you money, because you dont have any job to get money, do you?No, job you have, watching tv. You know, your life will be much worse that way, because, and if your parents are dead? well, than you need to have some type of source to have money, then you will have a job... a job that you probably will works at home :).
